We stock on average 50 different base cloths to supply multiple different industries. Whether you want to print your own scatter cushion and table cloth range or manufacture your own handbag and shoe range. Beyond Innovation prints it all. We custom print on a wide range of Polyester and Poly Cotton Blends.

We have a dedicated art room to assist you with your designs and we also have access to premium patterns and images online. We even offer a sample facility whereby you can order as little as 6 to 10 lineal meters to do sampling to test your market. We print photo quality and whether you want to print a 4 colour or a 10 000 colour print, our cost to you remains the same. You can even split your order into multiple designs. As long as each design takes at least 1 to 2 meters.

Below you will find a list of our Synthetic and Poly Cotton Blended fabrics along with a price list and basic specs like weight and width.

• Lead times differ from day to day. So get in the queue as soon as possible. We aim for a 5 to 7 work day on small to medium orders and 10 to 15 work day on bulk orders, depending on the current work load.
• The prices in our price list is for the actual fabric, printing and all finishing process.
• The prices excludes VAT, transport and artwork fees that may apply.

Production Lead Time

• Small to medium orders take 5 to 7  work days AFTER artwork & Payment received.
• For bulk orders we will require 10 to 20 work days depending on the order size and current production work load.
• Please note that these time lines only applies to clients who have paid on all art work has been approved.
• We cannot hold production slots when no art work and payment has been received.

Expectations

• We strive for the best product and end result at all times, but it is also important to remain realistic in your expectations.
• Colours on your monitor, tablet or phone will always appear different to the tones we see on our systems.
• It is always advised to order a small 5 to 10 meter sample order to get an idea of what to expect and to see if your art work needs tweaking.
• For bulk orders, we insist that you order a colour strike off to approve PRIOR to ordering bulk..
• To all Mac users, please note that Mac produces a completely different colour to PC, which we use. We suggest a sample order prior to bulk if you use MAC.
• PS: We get good results on Mac users who send art work in Tiff -CMYK format.

Shrinkage

• Please note that all fabrics will shrink, regardless if the manufacture states it was already pre-shrunk before hand.
• We take these shrink factors into account on the useable widths, but we suggest that you allow a little more just in case.
• So if we state the useable width is 142 cm, work on 140 cm to be safe.
• If you are printing panels please allow a 3 cm extra just in case, all around.

Printed Poly Twill is a woven fabric and is also extremely versatile. Used for table cloths, scatter cushions, aprons, skirts, jackets, banners and much much more. Printed 145 cm wide and is 200 grams in weight

Printed Drop Needle Fabric

Printed Drop Needle Fabric is the “go to” fabric for T Shirts, Golfers, Cycle Jerseys, Vests and much more. Knitted with a small square texture, it breaths well and is cost effective.
Printed 145 cm wide and is145g in weight.

Printed Yori Spandex Fabric

Printed Yori Spandex Fabric is a lovely knotted spandex fabric that is a high quality spandex for leggings and sports ware. Also popular with dance and costume manufacturers. Printed 144 cm wide and is 200g in weight.

Printed Crepe Fabric

Printed Crepe Fabric is a drape semi stretch mesh like fabric. Perfect for ladies fashion and scarfs. Being a woven fabric makes is stable. Printed 144 cm wide and is 150g in weight.

Printed Polar Fleece Fabric

Printed Polar Fleece Fabric is the heavier cousin of Tricot Fleece. Perfect for hoodies and other winter ware. Printed 140 cm wide and is 260g in weight.

Printed Poly Slub 160g

Printed Poly Slub 160g is a light weight textured slub fabric that looks like linen but is in fact an imitation. Perfect for light decor, table cloths and lined curtains.
Printed 142 cm wide and is 160g in weight.

Printed Scuba Fabric

Printed Scuba Fabric is a thick plush fabric. Perfect for fashion where a certain stiffness is required. Printed 144 cm wide and is 200g in weight.

Printed Coral Fleece Fabric

We are very excited about our new Coral Fleece Fabric. Not only does it print 174 cm wide, but its sheer and has a lovely blanket feel. Perfect for blankets, throws and bath gowns.
240g in weight and 172 cm wide printed.

Printed Eco Fabric – 100% Recycled

Eco Fab is a 100% recycled fabric that we print on. Similar to shopper bag fabric.
Printed 170 cm wide and is 70g in weight.

Printed Poly Plain Weave Fabric

Printed Poly Plain Weave is a thin sheer fabric all-purpose use like branded table cloths, body wraps, light decor and much more.
Printed 142 cm wide and is 115g in weight.

Printed Poly Sateen Fabric

Printed Poly Sateen Fabric is a thin and sheer fabric with a slight sheen. Perfect for evening ware and kaftans, ties and scarfs.
Printed 142 cm wide and is 85g in weight.

Printed Grey Back Canvas

Grey Back Canvas Fabric is a heavy stiff fabric that has a grey backing for blackout purposes. Perfect for canvasses and wall art.
Printed 146 cm wide and is 310g in weight.

Printed Micro Fibre Towelling Fabric

Micro Fibre Towelling is a lovely cost effective replacement for cotton towelling. It has a fine fleece feel and absorbs moisture to a degree.
Printed 152 cm wide and is 200g in Weight.

Print Methods that we use and reasons why

Dye Sublimation onto Synthetic Fabrics & Poly Cotton Blends.

Pros

• Dye Sublimation is an excellent method used to achieve photo quality prints that are completely machine washable on a wide range of polyester fabrics.
• We use a true digital process whereby art work is generated with any design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw.
• No limit to colour.
• No limit to pattern repeat length.
• Print small runs as short as 5 lineal meters to do sampling.
• No costly screens and positives.
• Freedom to design your own art work or make use of our in-house designs.
• Dye sublimation gives a very good colour fast print that penetrate the fabric.
• Print cannot scratch off as it’s dyed into the fibers permanently.
• Polyester fabrics are very cost effective.

Cons

• Not intended for extensive outdoor use like patio furniture. Prints placed outside will start fading after about 12 months.
• Dye sublimation can only be done on polyester based fabrics and not natural fabrics.

Art Work Set Up Guides

Our In-House Specifications

We achieve great results on the following format:

• .Format: Tiff
• .Flattened: No layers. Flatten all layers.
• .Resolution: 150 DPI. ( The naked eye cannot see more than 80 dpi)
• .Colour: RGB ( We print with a CMYK printer, but our software reads RGB well)
• .Size: Full size of print or tile that you want. Do not scale your art work.

To all Mac users, please note that Mac produces a completely different colour
to PC, which we use. We suggest a sample order prior to bulk if you use MAC.
PS: We get good results on Mac users who send art work in:

• Flattened Tiff -CMYK format.
• Seamless patterns

Please insure your patterns matches on all 4 sides. The printer cannot detect art work flaws. So if there is a repeat line in your art work, the printed will print that line. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect art work supplied to us.
